Twitter released this app called Vine, which is like Instagram for video. Then the fine folks at PXI ventures made a web-thing called "Peek Vine", which is mesmerizing. It's just all the little videos random people from all over the world are posting, one right after the other. I captured a 5 min. snippet and made up a song on the spot about it. It's silly.
